We do not except the return of customised items, because they are specially made for each customers requirements, which is why it is so important that you input the correct measurements. For information on how to measure and input measurements, please visit our Blog.
If however the items you receive are damaged please write on the delivery note "faulty" or if you have not checked the condition of the goods "condition of contents not known". You must notify us as soon as possible and within 2 days from receipt of delivery.
If you wish to return accessories such as edging tape and fixtures please email: email@example.com, stating your reason for return. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any delivery costs incurred.
