How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We strive to get all our products to your door within 7 working days, however on some items it is not possible to do so. The products which take additional time are stated on the product description.
How will my parcel be wrapped?
All orders are wrapped using a protective wooden framework and cardboard. Corners are protected by the framework to avoid any damages during transit..
What courier will my parcel be sent with?
The couriers we use vary to offer you the best possible price, however, when shipment is processed the courier and tracking number will be displayed on your shipment confirmation. Once this confirmation is received your parcel should arrive on the next working day.
What if know one is home to receive the delivery?
We ask that you provide a delivery address where someone is likely to be present on a weekday. If this is not possible don't worry, you will still receive your order. In the situation that know one is at the delivery address, we ask our couriers to leave a card. This will give you information about what to do next. We do supply the contact number provided to the courier and try to pass on any special requirements but we are unable to rely on the courier to meet these requirements.
Can I pick a specific delivery time slot or day?
Unfortunately we are not able to supply you with a time slot or specific day for delivery.
Can I order products for delivery outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders for delivery outside the UK. Any orders made to addresses outside the UK will be refunded.
Do you deliver to islands outside of the UK?
