Delivery Charges

Once you have placed your order, the goods should arrive within 7 working days. All orders are sent by special courier and will require a signature on delivery. If you have not checked the condition of your items please state "condition unknown" when signing. Although we are unable to give you a specific time slot for arrival we ask you to provide a delivery address where someone can accept and check the order. If your order has been damaged in transit we ask that you contact us within 2 working days, in line with our Terms and Conditions.

1-20kg	£20.00
20kg+	£0.45 per kilo + 20kg charge
100kg+	£0.49 per kilo + 100kg charge
Any Item over 25kg	Pallet Delivery: £250. Please note you may be required to help unload.

Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and other offshore islands

1-10kg	£92.40
20kg+	£1.55 per kilo + 20kg charge
100kg+	£1.90 per kilo + 100kg charge

Returns Policy

We do not except the return of customised items, because they are specially made for each customers requirements, which is why it is so important that you input the correct measurements. For information on how to measure and input measurements, please visit our Blog.

If however the items you receive are damaged please write on the delivery note "faulty" or if you have not checked the condition of the goods "condition of contents not known". You must notify us as soon as possible and within 2 days from receipt of delivery.

If you wish to return accessories such as edging tape and fixtures please email [email protected], stating your reason for return. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any delivery costs incurred.
