Will the board be cut to the dimensions I enter?
Yes all board is cut to your dimensions. If you select to have the sides edged, we will work the thickness of the edging tape into your dimensions.
What type of edging do you use?
The edging that you select will match the colour of the board. The ABS plastic edging tape used on all Egger boards is 2mm thick and very durable. We use 1mm ABS plastic edging tape on most Kronospan and Xylo Cleaf boards.
Can I order board with a different colour edging?
Currently, we do not offer this service online. If you have specific requirements please contact us using our online contact form.
Can I order additional edging tape?
We sell a range of iron-on edging tapes that we have matched to a number of the boards we sell.
How do I know which way the grain will go?
When entering your dimensions please look at the image to the left of the dimension boxes, which is labeled A,B,C,D.
A, C= Width ( The grain runs accross)
B, D= Height ( The grain runs with the height)
Why doesnt my board match the image displayed on the website?
It is always difficult to portray colours, textures and finishes of boards over the internet, due to many factors including the way the image was taken and your own computer setiings. We do however use the manufacturer provided images that show the best portrayal possible of all boards. We always recommend ordering a sample of your intended board to make sure it meets your expectations.
